Around half of global respondents report that mental or physical health challenges reduce their ability to accomplish daily activities, both at work and at home [1]. Globally, 14% of people say they delayed getting therapy because of cost; just one of the signals that traditional models of care are struggling to meet demand at scale [1].

Digital tools are reshaping how people access and engage with mental health support.
